The chef

The hotel hosts a pop-up restaurant with the prestigious chef for three months, from May to July.

The restaurant offers a selection of the most representative creations from the first Indian chef to receive a Michelin star, as well as a varied Indian-inspired cocktail menu.
Atul Kocchar’s cooking focuses on a combination of his Indian heritage and an admiration for selected local ingredients from the place where he is providing his dishes, thereby creating innovative Indian cuisine that has redefined the perception of this type of cooking.

The hotel, which formerly hosted the Fundación Textil Algodonera (Cotton Textile Foundation), has selected Indian cuisine for this pop-up due to the tradition of this country in the treatment of cotton, of which it is one of the world’s largest producers.

During these three months, tapas and a selection of cocktails designed by the chef, with suggestive names such as Spirit of Bombay, Benares, New Delhi, Agra or Jaipur can be sampled at any time of the day.
